About This Service
Reliable New Build Construction for Bespoke Homes
One agreed price covering survey, specification, materials and aftercare, with a clear written scope and no hidden extras. RB CONSTRUCTION LTD manages new build projects from groundworks and foundations through to final finishes, coordinating all trades and statutory inspections. Suited to bespoke homes and high-value developments, the business limits intake so a senior tradesman is onsite throughout, ensuring consistent, high-end workmanship informed by 40 years of experience.
How It Works
1. Survey and detailed written quote
A measured site survey and staged specification produce a single written quote that covers scope, materials and inspections so the client knows what is included.
2. Planning, groundworks and foundations
We coordinate structural drawings, building control submissions and groundworks, sequencing foundations and drainage before above ground works begin.
3. Build, finishes and handover
A dedicated tradesman manages the site, quality checks every trade, completes snagging and issues a handover pack with compliance paperwork and aftercare instructions.
Why Choose us for New Build Construction?
RB CONSTRUCTION LTD takes few projects at once, so a senior tradesman is onsite for the duration, maintaining strict quality control and faster, more reliable progress.
Frequently Asked Questions
Timings depend on scale, ground conditions, planning lead times and weather. A typical bespoke single dwelling will move through site preparation, foundations, shell and fit out in clearly defined phases. RB CONSTRUCTION LTD provides a project programme at quote stage and maintains updates through regular progress reports.
What Our Customers Say
View all reviews“I can recommend Robbie and his team for building works.
The new window opening was cut out and the new lintel installed in a professional manner.
Care was taken to protect existing walls and the team paid a lot of attention to get the best possible match for the new bricks and mortar to blend into the existing, as you will see in the photograph!
Works were completed on time to our satisfaction”

“
When we were planning to convert our integral garage to a utility room, toilet and shower, a friend recommended Robbie.
He was very helpful with ideas at the planning stage. When we decided to proceed his team were most helpful, understanding and polite.
They were with us every day of the project and we were very pleased with the end result.
Thoroughly recommended.”

“We’re absolutely delighted with the work carried out on one of our bedrooms. The team did a brilliant job from start to finish, including thermally boarding and plastering the room, adding panelling, rehanging the door and installing the radiator.
The workmanship was excellent, and we were particularly impressed by how neat and tidy everything was left at the end of every day. They were also very responsive, helpful and a pleasure to have working in our home.
We will absolutely be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional local building company.”
